The Palette and Materials
Spruce planks form the rich brown fur that makes up the bulk of the head and ears. Cut sandstone creates the lighter tones for the characteristic neck ruff and chest fluff, while black concrete and snow blocks combine to form the sharp, expressive eyes and dark nose.
