About converting schematics
Do modded blocks survive the conversion?
Yes. Modded block ids and their states are carried across unchanged, so a Create build stays a Create build.
Can I convert Java schematics to Bedrock?
Yes, and back again. Block ids and states are remapped between editions using generated mapping tables; blocks with no counterpart are kept as close as the target edition allows.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. Parsing, conversion and download all happen in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server unless you choose to publish the build.
Why is one format greyed out?
Some formats cannot represent builds past a certain size or block count. When a build exceeds a format's limit, that row is disabled rather than offering a download that would fail.
