This English version is the binding one. Versions in other languages are translations provided for convenience only.

By using shulkr (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Shulkr provides free browser-based tools for Minecraft schematics (a 3D viewer, an editor and a format converter) and a catalog where you can publish and download community builds. The tools run in your browser; the catalog stores content you choose to upload.

Your account

You need an account to upload builds. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to the schematics you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, convert and generate previews of your content so the service can work, including showing public builds in the catalog and in link previews. You control each build's visibility (public, link-only or private) and can delete your content at any time.

Only upload content you have the right to share. Don't upload builds that infringe someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service. In particular, don't:

  • upload malware, or content that is illegal or infringing;
  • scrape, overload or disrupt the service, or circumvent rate limits;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent the origin of a build.

Takedowns

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with the details and we will review and, where justified, remove it.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss of data or damages arising from its use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
