Witchisland: Floating Witch's Manor
by Star Platinium · Updated
1 / 5 · 3/4 right

A cluster of steep, conical-roofed towers rises from a group of floating islands, their dark shingled peaks and cream timber-framed walls giving the whole complex the feel of a witch's manor plucked out of the sky.
Design
- Several towers of varying height, each capped with a tall pointed roof and topped by a chimney-like spire, clustered together into one asymmetrical silhouette.
- Timber-framed walls with tall arched window openings and pale wool infill give the towers a cottage-like warmth beneath the heavy roofs.
- The structure sits across multiple floating islands linked by grassy ground, with jagged stone and rock outcrops hanging beneath each island and a few loose boulders drifting in the void below.
Palette and Materials
- Roofs are built from nether bricks and red nether bricks, giving them a deep maroon, almost bruised color that dominates the build's silhouette.
- Walls combine spruce planks, stairs, and trapdoors for the timber framing with light gray and green concrete, wool, and terracotta for the paneled infill.
- The floating island undersides use stone, diorite, and dead horn coral block for a mottled gray rock texture, with smooth sandstone and cyan terracotta likely detailing accents elsewhere in the towers.
Placement and Use
- Works well as a standalone landmark or spawn structure in a sky or floating-islands world, or as a centerpiece build for a witch, wizard, or fantasy-themed map.
- The separated islands make it easy to drop into a build with existing floating terrain, or to break apart and use the towers individually.
