Easy Iron Farm

This compact and efficient iron farm delivers a steady supply of ingots by gathering villagers in isolated pods around a central processing pool. Spanning 58 by 56 blocks with a height of 32 blocks, the system uses a symmetrical layout of water channels to sweep iron golems toward a central collection point.

How It Works

Villagers housed in elevated pods around the perimeter trigger iron golem spawns, which are then pushed by water streams toward the depressed center of the main platform. The core mechanics rely on 48 red beds and 14 hoppers feeding into 8 chests to capture the drops. Lava and water streams handle the kill mechanism, while soul sand creates upward currents in specific columns to manage positioning.

Setup and Integration

• Designed for vanilla Minecraft version 1.21.7, requiring no mods.
• The build consists of 3,222 total blocks using 60 distinct block types, dominated by smooth stone structure and water streams.
• Place the schematic in an open area away from village centers or iron golem spawning interference to ensure maximum efficiency.
• An AFK spot positioned near the center of the platform keeps the chunk loaded and active while you collect resources.
