Farm Setup
Build your melon farm at whatever size fits your island — the larger the footprint, the more coins you'll generate per harvest run. This schematic uses a 40x81 layout as a solid mid-game reference size, but feel free to scale it up or down to match your available space.
Tool Choice
Mine your melons using a Copper Axe.
Recommended Enchantments
- Silk Touch I + Efficiency IV (or Silk Touch I + Efficiency III + Unbreaking I)
Note
You will need to repair your axe periodically, but that is completely normal. Fortune on the axe is pointless here with a giant farm, block breaking speed and efficiency matter far more than extra drops.
