Estatua de angel

This commanding stone statue depicts a winged figure with a serene presence, anchored by an expansive wingspan and a luminous floating halo. Standing at a substantial height of 126 blocks with a width of 113 blocks, the piece commands attention through its monumental scale and intricate drapery, making it a striking centrepiece for large builds.

The Design and Form

The statue features a robed humanoid figure with sweeping, feathered wings that arch dramatically outward and downward. The surface is heavily detailed with organic textures, from the layered feathers of the wings to the cascading folds of stone garments that pool at the base. A circular halo hovers directly above the head, adding a classical divine motif to the silhouette.

Palette and Materials

Built entirely from a monochromatic palette of grey stone variants, the form relies on careful texturing rather than colour to achieve depth and shadow. The bulk of the structure uses Smooth Stone alongside Stone Bricks, Polished Andesite, and Cracked Stone Bricks to create a weathered, monumental finish. Patches of Mossy Stone Bricks and Mossy Cobblestone creep up the base and lower wings, simulating ancient weathering and neglect. Small clusters of Dark Oak Leaves, Azalea Leaves, and Jungle Leaves soften the base with overgrowth, while a ring of Ochre Froglight forms the glowing halo suspended overhead.

Placement and Usage

This statue works exceptionally well as the focal point of a grand cathedral plaza, a mountaintop memorial, or the courtyard of an ancient ruin. Because of its sheer verticality and imposing wingspan, it requires open space around it to be fully appreciated from multiple angles.
